Down the Peter Rabbit hole.

The famous Pimlico Road was taken over by a six-day floral fiesta as retailers throughout the district draped themselves with blooms in displays inspired by iconic children’s books. The FBC London shop window was transformed into a scene from Beatrix Potter’s iconic Peter Rabbit framed by a bespoke floral vinyl graphic.

Designed to capture the very essence of Beatrix Potter’s world, from the lettuces that Benjamin Bunny nibbled on to the gooseberry bush where Peter got caught in a net as he tried to escape Mr McGregor. The display, designed by Fiona Barratt-Campbell, recreated the garden scenes from Miss Potter’s best-loved Tales. Fiona ‘rooted out’ the appropriate unusual and traditional varieties of fruit, vegetables and herbs allowing a ceramic ‘Peter’ rabbit to nestle amongst his beloved radishes on a bed of soil, staring longingly at his blue jacket draped over the gardener’s shovel.
