FBC London to launch & host an exclusive preview of ‘Modulari’ during London Design Festival 2017

During the annual London Design Festival, FBC London will be a hosting an exclusive preview of the Modulari Furniture Collection.

Developed around the concept of ‘Outside, In’ the new, seven piece, collection is inspired by the legacy of Northumberland and the Roman architecture; shaped and influenced by its underlying geology laid down some 400 million years ago. Modulari plays on the ‘Looking Beyond Yourself’ philosophy and will be unveiled and launched by FBC London founders, Fiona Barratt-Campbell, Sol Campbell and 1st Dibs, world renowned luxury online marketplace.

FBC London wanted to bring a new range to the market that would be used in a room set together or standalone as feature pieces. From the Vesta (sofa) that can be constructed in a multitude of ways, to the Aspectu (mirror) with three layers ensuring the individual is taken through a journey at just a glance. The richness of the elegant inlays and elaborate work in cast iron, bronze, marble, and wood are mentioned in Roman literature, and Fiona has incorporated this into elements of the creative and finished pieces.

During the exclusive preview, FBC London aims to take guests on a journey, stimulating the senses and bringing the wilds of the Northumberland moors into our London studio care of The British Shop, EasigrassTiger by the Tail. Taste the splendours of the prestigious Rhubarb & Grand Cuisine, let street artist Mr Jago of Unit London, an urban art aficionado, take the idioms of spray painting to a level of sophistication, live, and taste the quintessential expression of a classic London Dry Gin by Sipsmith, complimented by Fever Tree, with a collection of three botanically enhanced cocktails.
